You can enjoy a taste of home at Ilboru Safari Lodge. Our bright and airy Pancake House is a great weekend spot. With a distinctively Dutch flair, the atmosphere is simple but cozy. Each table has its own pot of syrup and fixings for your plate. Serving up hot pancakes, crepes and more topped just the way you like it. Fresh fruit, cheese, savory bacon, and sate, are just a few of the home cooked flavors you can chose from. Pair this with fresh juices and great coffee and you have yourself a meal that will send you back to bed. And don’t forget that private parties can be arranged in our pancake house (see the private parties section under activities).
