INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT WE OFFER.

We organize day walks as we work together with Cultural Tourism office, which takes people on walking safaris to Maasai Bomas and their activities, to waterfalls at the foot of Mt.Meru – but must be booked in advance on a different package basis.

     

• We organize Coffee farm visits, on a different package basis.
• Nearby there are German buildings which were built 100 years ago –  by Missionaries from Germany.
• Walk around the Villages surrounding us.
• A Retarded children school five minutes walk.A German Boma in town which has a small museum.
• We can organize BBQ mostly mutton, chicken, pork, and beef on request in our lovely garden.
• Golf course, which used to be very popular in East Africa some years back – if you want to play golf and there are gears for rent.
• We often have monkeys around the lodge who come to eat mangoes, bananas and avocado grown in our garden.
• You can book for a Maasai Dancing troupe owned by the same cultural Tourism group, this group usually entertains Presidents to mention a few former USA President Clinton  - they are very good.
• Snake park 20 to 30 minutes drive from our lodge.

As for electricity – our place hardly gets that problem but if any failures occur on the main supply line, we have a standby Generator  - 110 KVA.We also don’t face any water problem. We have internet free for our guests, very big gardens which can accommodate up to 300 pax, gift shop, and modern laundry.
